(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 2 (10 oz) sirloin steaks
- ¾ lb baby potatoes, halved
- 6 oz green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp rosemary
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Roast Potatoes: Toss with ½ tbsp olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper. Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
2. Roast Green Beans: Toss with ½ tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast for 12–15 minutes.
3. Cook Steak: Season, sear in skillet with oil for 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest.
4. Garlic Butter: Add butter and garlic to pan, cook 1 minute. Stir in Worcestershire and parsley.
5. Serve: Drizzle garlic butter over steak. Plate with potatoes and green beans.
